The journey along the Camino Frances was a pivotal moment in Jorge de la Rosa’s inner life. He was emerging from a depressive state and carrying a considerable emotional weight, which he had to confront with every step he took on the way to Santiago de Compostela.
In this new stage, we delve into moving stories that invite reflection on our true capacity for resilience. These stories led him to realise that perhaps our problems are less overwhelming when we manage to see them from a broader perspective.
