The Calzadilla de la Cueza Municipal Pilgrim Hostel is a public establishment specially designed to welcome pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago who hold their credential. This hostel is located in the small town of Calzadilla de la Cueza, which belongs to Palencia Province.
Opened in 2014, the hostel is strategically located at the entrance to the town. This is a hamlet forming part of the larger municipality of Cervatos de la Cueza, and it sits right beside the Camino de Santiago Frances, one of the busiest routes for those wishing to make the pilgrimage to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in the city of Santiago de Compostela.
As well as its welcoming facilities, the hostel has a room specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. This allows every pilgrim, whatever their physical abilities, to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
